Noticing God
Are you a born-again Christian? If yes, then allow me to share two very important facts about your relationship with God.
- First, God is with you. That is what Matthew 28:20 reveals. God is with you at all times - every day, every moment. Have you noticed Him?
- Second, God is doing things. That is what Philippians 2:13 reveals. God is continually intervening in the circumstances of your life - every day, every moment. Have you noticed these things, big and small - especially small?
God deserves to be noticed. He deserves to be recognized. And in the foray of our secularized society, you desperately need to increase your awareness of God. And if you are a parent, your children need you to help them notice God. A teacher? Your students need you to help them notice God. A pastor? Your church members need you to help them notice God.Don't wait for a Red Sea to part, bread to fall out of heaven, or Jericho walls to collapse. Observe your life more carefully today, and tomorrow. Notice God. He is there, and He is doing things.
